→all organic material and waste water from the fermentation process is piped out onto the sugar cane fields as organic fertilizer for the new sugar cane
→ 50% of the CO2 from the fermentation process is collected and placed in pressure tanks, which are used for soda production at the local soda factory
→ part of the profit goes to charity, such as school operations and further training of the employees, so that they can become skilled

This rum was distilled in Dominican Republic by one of the worlds most sustainable distilleries. Produced from locally grown sugar cane from fields that surrounds the distillery. Aged in bourbon barrels for 8 years. To avoid any excess emission we make sure that Ron Sostenible 8YO is brought to you by an engineless sail ship. All efforts to reduce negative environmental impacts has been made. Taste is smooth with notes of toffee, vanilla, orange peel and spiced oak. Enjoy!

→ Bottled in bottles made from 100% recycled glass.

Ron Sostenible Triple cask is distilled in The Dominican Republic by one of the world’s most sustainable distilleries, produced from locally grown sugar cane, that surrounds the distillery. Aged in bourbon, Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso casks for a total of minimum 8 years. This exquisite rum is brought to you by an engineless sailing ship. All efforts to reduce negative environmental impact has been made. The taste is very smooth, but still complex, with sweet notes of dried Fruits such as raisins, figs and dates, accompanied by the aromas of vanilla, toffee, caramel, dark chocolate, orange peel, and spiced oak.
