The combination of Bourbon and Sherry casks creates a sophisticated sipping rum with a rich and elegant character. Layers of dried fruits, vanilla, toffee and caramel are complemented by notes of dark chocolate, orange peel and spiced oak, balanced by a gentle Sherry sweetness.
