The name of this beautiful and tasteful series has its roots in a heartfelt wish to create a gin series that strives to emit as little CO2 as possible. 

CERO2 Pure is a uniquely crafted gin tropically distilled in the Dominican Republic from locally grown sugarcane. By burning the sugarcane biomass, the distillery produces its own energy and the CO2 from the fermentation process is captured and reused in local Dominican carbonated drinks. After the final distillation it journeys across the Atlantic ocean on an old wind-powered sail-ship, a conscious commitment to old traditions combined with innovation and a responsibility to ensuring a focus on positively impacting the world around us and our communities whilst creating new quality experiences for every occasion.
