New year, new nomination

For the second year in a row, we’ve been nominated for the Best Sustainability Initiative at the V d’Or Awards.

As anyone who follows us will know, we have committed ourselves to inspiring consumers to make sustainable choices, so it means a lot to us to once more be nominated by Vinexposium in this category.

Niels is already crossing his fingers. Feel free to join him and wish us the best of luck at the beginning of February, when we travel to Paris to take part in the award ceremony.

What a weekend, what a blast..

What a great time we had at Scandlines’ Whisky & Rum Festival!!

And after the weekend ended, it got even better. We received an email telling us that Ron Sostenible was one of the top-3 best-selling rum brands during the festival.

Especially the 15- and 16-year La Isabella releases were sought after, since the distillery closed down some years ago.

Thank you to everybody who dropped by. We’re already looking forward to the 20th Whisky & Rum Festival on the 27th and 28th of March 2026.

We're importing high praise from vienna

YES! It’s time to go frame shopping for our new diploma!

We recently received Silver at the European R(h)um Award for our Ron Sostenible 8YO Experimental Cask – Rioja.

This award is presented after the rums have been evaluated by an international panel of experts in a blind tasting, held live during the Vienna Rum Festival.

It goes without saying that we are very, very pleased!

We are delighted to announce that, this year A Clean Spirit has been nominated for the V d’or The Vinexposium Business Awards in the category “Best Sustainability”!

This is what The Vinexposium has said about our nomination: “The front runners when it comes to green spirits, working with only the most environmentally friendly distillers, combined with transport with wind powered sail ships & low weight glass bottles.”

The event will take place in Paris in a months time.
