Our organic Gin Sincere Barrel-Aged edition is distilled in the heart of Paraguay. The gin is infused with organic juniper, citrus and locally harvested botanicals such as angelica root, star anise, orris root, cloves, cinnamon, lemongrass, pink peppercorns, maté and congorosa. The complex taste and amber color comes from maturation in American whiskey barrels. Production takes place in an eco friendly and organic certified distillery, which also embraces social responsibility by giving back to the local community, and sustainable production by focusing on resources, energy and waste. The water used in the production process is drawn from the distillery’s well, which is connected to one of the world’s largest freshwater reserves. To minimize the waste, the water used in the production is being recycled. In addition, the distillery runs on the energy produced by burning the sugar cane biomass.

Gin Sincere Bougainvillea edition brings notes of summer, warm sun, exotic flowers and roses to your drink. The gin is slow-crafted using wild-harvested bougainvillea flowers which add a rich pink hue and deep floral, delicious essence. We accomplish this flavourful gin by using a four-step procedure. First, organic juniper along with locally harvested botanicals including yerba mate, cangarosa, cinnamon, lemongrass, peppercorns, star anise and a mix of citrus fruits like orange, apepu, mandarin, pomelo and lime is macerated in an organic neutral spirit. Next, the gin is distilled twice with a gin basket containing additional botanicals like angelica root, orris root and extra citrus to enhance the flavours even further. Finally, bougainvillea flowers are macerated in the gin to create the beautiful and delicious Gin Sincere Bougainvillea edition. All ingredients are organic.

Our organic Gin Sincere Pure edition is distilled in the heart of Paraguay. The distillery upholds very high enviromental standards by being organic. This ensures a production with respect for nature. To achieve Gin Sincere Pure’s signature taste, the base alcohol is made from sugar cane. The primary taste comes from organic juniper and locally harvested citrus that are firstly macerated, then laid in the pot still to extract the flavors. After resting over night, the distillation begins with a gin basket that contains a bunch of lovely locally harvested botanicals such as angelica root, star anise, orris root, cloves, cinnamon, lemongrass, pink peppercorns, maté and congorosa. By focusing on sustainable production, the environmental impact is reduced through recycling water, transforming biomass into fertilizer and producing the energy that is needed by burning sugar cane biomass.
