Try something completely new on the gin front! Gin aged in American whiskey casks! In addition to getting a gin with full power on the taste, you also get a touch of whiskey in the taste. Sincere Barrel Aged is an organic, South American gin with a twist of whiskey. Citrus, lime, oranges and junipers are powerful basic elements. In addition, for 24 hours, a ‘gin basket’ is added to the distillate with local ingredients such as angelica root, star anise, orris root, cloves, cinnamon, pink peppercorns, lemongrass and congorosa. All ingredients are harvested locally and are organic. Finally, the gin is aged for 45 days in bourbon casks, which give the gin its characteristic golden color and whiskey notes. Fun fact: The gin contains many natural oils from citrus fruits. When it gets below 47% or mixed into a G&T, your cocktail becomes a little ‘cloudy’, which is natural.

Our organic Gin Sincere Barrel-Aged edition is distilled in the heart of Paraguay. The gin is infused with organic juniper, citrus and locally harvested botanicals such as angelica root, star anise, orris root, cloves, cinnamon, lemongrass, pink peppercorns, maté and congorosa. The complex taste and amber color comes from maturation in American whiskey barrels. Production takes place in an eco friendly and organic certified distillery, which also embraces social responsibility by giving back to the local community, and sustainable production by focusing on resources, energy and waste. The water used in the production process is drawn from the distillery’s well, which is connected to one of the world’s largest freshwater reserves. To minimize the waste, the water used in the production is being recycled. In addition, the distillery runs on the energy produced by burning the sugar cane biomass.
